Trevor Hill

Trevor Hill brings many things to the table in his ability to help navigate the home loan process.  Being a Colorado Springs native gives him insight into the community and a unique perspective on the Real Estate and Mortgage market.  Being raised in a home where his mom was a Realtor and his dad was a Mortgage Lender, you could say it is in his blood.  Trevor joined the family business in 2003 as a Loan Officer and was afforded the opportunity to grow in the knowledge of all aspects of the loan process before ascending to President and co-owner in 2007.  Now with an opportunity to join Black Diamond Lending, Trevor can focus on his favorite part of the mortgage business, and that is serving his clients. 

His favorite thing to do is to spend time with his wife and 2 teenage daughters.  At home they have created a culture of loving and serving others, and that carries over into every area of their lives.
