The team at Black Diamond Lending has a long history of mortgage experience. Our owner and President, Matt Helfrich, started in the industry in 2001. He has had many experiences thru the time since then. Surviving and thriving thru the mortgage meltdown of 2008 taught him many lessons about how to navigate the waters as the markets can quickly change. He spent 16 years as a Wholesale Account Executive with various firms and has been part of over a Billion dollars in volume over his career.
