Private Family Ranch in Black Forest offering Horse Boarding. Quiet, beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. Lots of local horse owners who ride the dirt roads around the area. 9 acre property, water included. SELF CARE is the only current offering. We do have 2 other tenants currently so it’s possible a shared schedule could be made with them. Cattle, Mule, Donkey, Goats, etc can be considered.

Barn, garage and gate area are hard wired with fiber optic cable so with a Starlink ISP you can add a camera system to watch the horses from home.
We can feed occasionally as your backup, but are not able to feed daily.
Someone who is looking to run a small Full Service Boarding business could come in and manage the space for a profit.
