We also have doc storage and eSign tech built right into this system. Our website feeds right into the origination software and the CRM as well. We also have cutting-edge technology to help you know exactly what your realtor partners are closing and with whom. That tech package also creates marketing kits for your agents so you walk into those meetings with a competitive advantage. Live mortgage bond pricing so you know when to lock. So once you get a feel for the system you will ask yourself why did I ever use anything else. Social/SEO/online marketing skills would be wonderful to supplement ours.

Loan Officer

Duties:
– Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of applicants
– Review financial documents, such as income statements and credit reports, to assess the risk involved in granting loans
– Interview loan applicants to gather additional information and clarify any discrepancies
– Analyze loan options and recommend the most suitable loan products to clients
– Prepare loan packages and submit them to underwriters for approval
– Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
– Maintain accurate records of loan applications and client interactions
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Experience:
– Previous experience working in a bank or financial institution is preferred
– Knowledge of escrow processes and procedures is a plus
– Proficient in loan structuring and math calculations
– Familiarity with contract terms and conditions
– Spanish speaking – Bilingual preferred
