Christy Cunningham

We’re delighted to welcome Christy Cunningham to our team as a Mortgage Broker. Christy joins us from Canvas Credit Union, where she has recently embarked on her latest professional endeavor.

Christy’s expertise in the mortgage industry is vast. Before joining Black Diamond Lending, she served as a Mortgage Loan Officer at both Canvas Credit Union and Northpointe Bank. Her roles at Colorado Fresh Mortgage and Coldwell Banker further highlight her proficiency in sales, marketing, and lead generation for loan officers. Throughout her career, Christy has consistently demonstrated her ability to grow and maintain business relationships, coach new loan officers, and close sales efficiently.

In addition to her mortgage experience, Christy has a deep understanding of the real estate market. She has provided real estate appraisal services through her venture, Mile High Valuation, and worked as a Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Realty Success, LLC.

Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident as she has founded and managed several businesses, including Mile High Valuation, a real estate appraisal company that she currently owns and operates, Cherry Bomb Clothing and Cunningham Consulting. Her role as Operations Manager at Quick Turn Appraisals for seven years further showcases her versatility and commitment to the industry.
